• The first 5 minutes of consultation are free, after which regular charges apply.

• By booking an online consultation, you agree to share accurate details such as name, birth date, time, and place for correct analysis.

• Online consultation may be conducted via phone call, video call, or other digital platforms.

3. Payments & Booking

• All bookings for consultation, Pooja, Katha, or related services must be made in advance.

• Payments once made are non-refundable, except in special cases as decided by management.

• Charges will be communicated transparently before service begins.

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared (birth details, family matters, etc.) will remain strictly confidential.

• In case of missed appointments without prior notice, the booking fee will not be refunded.
